Hi, I’m Elle, a paediatric nurse and newborn photographer in Eaglemont, Melbourne. I totally understand the want to freeze every precious memory throughout a child’s entire life. They grow up so quickly!

Newborn photographs are the perfect start.

I love to capture the squishy rolls, their little fingers and toes, their gassy smiles, all of their cuteness, and the love and bonding happening between mum and bub – and dads too.

The photography magic happens in the comfort of my beautiful studio. The perfect chance for you to relax and rest after days of visitors, appointments and being on the go.

Your baby will be safe, happy and toasty warmth as we capture all of their beautiful features that make them so special. You will fall in love with this unforgettable experience all over again when you look back at your photos.

Where

YOur newborn sessions take place in our SE Boise Lifestyle Studio. What’s a lifestyle studio you ask? It’s the best of both worlds in our opinion! A relaxed home like atmosphere with controlled lighting… and that you don’t have to clean! Read more about our studio space.

When

Newborn Sessions are usually done between 6-21 days old for the best chance of sleepy snuggly womb poses. However, we truly believe there is no “wrong” time to photograph your baby and are happy to welcome older newborns into our studio space.

What

The Ultimate Post Partum Date!

(Yes that’s really a thing) Show up ready to be pampered from start to finish with some amazing souvenirs from the experience (your artwork!)

What is the difference

If you have never booked a professional photographer before, the idea can be very daunting! To make this process a little easier for you, I have put together a little step by step guide so you know how your experience will develop over time!

Mom & baby arrive at the studio

Mom is pampered with professional hair and makeup and bubbly. She watches on while we take individual studio portraits of her beautiful baby.

Family portraits begin

We take this time to do portraits of the whole family, sibling shots, mom + baby and dad + baby. Grandparents are also welcome to join!

Sit back and relax, feed the baby and yourself!
During this time we process images and get them ready for the big screen.

the big reveal!

See your images that same day, choose your favorites and order prints and products. We’ll show you wall gallery designs, album layouts, newborn announcements & more. You only buy what you absolutely love.

Go home and take a well deserve nap while we get your images cleaned up and your keepsake products ordered.
