EXPO COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the Always Belle Photography Competition (“Competition”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter The promoter is Elle Payne trading as Always Belle Photography (ABN 56 830 700 200) (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility Entry is open to attendees of the expo aged 18 years or older. By entering, you confirm that you are not currently booked with another photographer for similar services. This maintains the spirit of the Competition.

3. How to Enter Entry is free. To enter, visit the Always Belle Photography stand at the baby expo, guess the weight (in grams) of the birth weight bear on display, and complete the entry form including your personal details and consent to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Game of Skill This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The entrant who submits the guess closest to the actual weight of the birth weight bear will win the main prize. Runner-up prizes will be awarded to the next closest guesses.

5. Prizes

• Main Prize: A full maternity and newborn photoshoot, including 20 digital files of the winner’s choice and a birth weight bear matching the winner’s baby’s birth weight.
• Runner-Up Prizes: A full maternity and newborn photoshoot and one digital image from each session.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification Winners will be determined at 7:00 PM on the day of the expo based on the closest valid guesses. Winners will be notified by text message .

7. Claiming Prizes Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of notification. To secure their prize and booking, winners are required to pay a $75 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable following both sessions or may be applied toward image purchases. If the winner does not proceed with the sessions, the deposit will be refunded only in accordance with the terms outlined in the Always Belle Photography Photography Agreement available at www.alwaysbellephotography.com.au/termsandconditions.

8. Judge’s Decision The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. Privacy & Data Personal data collected as part of the Competition will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal data for administering the Competition and for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

10. General

• By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the Competition if necessary.
• Entry and participation are subject to the Promoter’s general Photography Agreement terms available at www.alwaysbellephotography.com.au/termsandconditions.
